CyclObs is a project led by Ifremer in order to build a unique database of satellite and in situ data related to Tropical Cyclones (TC). New ocean surface wind speed estimates from L-band radiometer (SMOS, SMAP) and C-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (SENTINEL 1-A/B, RADARSAT-2) appear in the database in order to efficiently monitor Tropical Cyclones (TC) in quasi near real time.
